How to Calculate Your Dress Size?
The dress size calculator tells you which dress size you should go for when shopping. If you want to answer the question "What dress size am I?", use this tool and never worry about finding the perfect fit again. You only need to know three body measurements: your bust, waist, and hip circumferences.
How to Measure
To get accurate results, measure directly against your skin (not over clothing) using a soft measuring tape. You may ask another person to assist you:
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
- Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, about 7–9 inches below your waist.

What Dress Size Am I? A Practical Example
Suppose your measurements are: Bust = 92 cm, Waist = 76 cm, Hips = 100 cm.
- Bust 92 cm → US size 8 (EU 40, M)
- Waist 76 cm → US size 8 (EU 40, M)
- Hips 100 cm → US size 8 (EU 40, M)
All three measurements point to US 8 / UK 12 / EU 40 / M. When measurements fall in different size categories, the calculator recommends the largest size so the garment fits comfortably everywhere.
