Choosing Your Medium

Start by selecting what you want to experience:

• Books only — Plan your reading schedule through Sapkowski's novels and short stories.
• Games only — Calculate how long the three Witcher games will take based on your play style.
• Books + Games + Series (recommended) — Get the full Witcher experience with an optimized order.
• Netflix Series only — Plan when you'll finish both seasons of the show.

Book Settings

You can set your reading speed in two ways:

• Pages per minute (US/Imperial style) — The average reader reads about 0.5 pages per minute (roughly 1 page every 2 minutes). Adjust based on your own pace.
• Words per minute (metric/international standard) — The average adult reads 200–300 words per minute. 250 wpm is a good starting estimate.

Choose your preferred reading order:

• By publication — The classic order: short story collections first, then the five-book saga.
• By story chronology — The same as publication order for The Witcher.
• Short stories only — Just The Last Wish and Sword of Destiny.
